Well done to all the officials and swimmers on Sunday at the Long Course State Cup. Results are now on this website - go to results - 2010 pool events.

A group of Marion Masters people are doing the city bay as a team
charity run in memory of Marie Dingwall who was training for this event.
People can enter and run or donate money to Beyond Blue. Robyn Brown is the contact person and would love to have swimmers from other clubs join the group. For further details visit the Martion Marlins website and details are in their latest Newsletter.

If you are entering the run the team name is Doin' it for Dingers.

The date of the State Cup Short Course has been changed to September 26 at 8.00am at the AAC. Same events as the cancelled State Cup. Entries close with Leanne Beames on September 10.

Been a delay in updating some news! Please note the following:

Phil Beames has been appointed the new Branch Secretary - congratulations Phil.
The July 1st SWIM E-News has been loaded and now available in "SWIM E-News".
Individual results from Interclub 2 are on the National Results Portal. Full details will be on the Branch Website soon - with club points. Adelaide Masters put in a striong performance and now lead the competition with 824 points followed by Atlantis with 736 points. Noarlunga are in 3rd place.

The next Practical Workshop being run by Kathy Heenan will be on July 31 from 4 to 5 pm at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre - all swimmers welcomed.

2009 FINA Top Ten have now been posted on the National Website - SA had 8 swimmers in the FINA Top Ten. Congratulations to Margo Bates (6 events), Sharon Beaver (4 events), Stephanie Palmer-White (6 events), Grant Simpson (1 event), Mark Smedley (2 events), Glen Walker (1 event), Ian Young (1 event) and Carolyn Flemming (1 event).
